Stand-alone solid-wood, unfinished timber frame structure consisting of posts, beams, and trusses, crafted by hand in Ohio of sustainably harvested native Ohio species.

Our timber frames can be made of any native Ohio species available, installed by us or by you.

Please note that some conditions, such as hillsides, lakefronts, rocky or wet ground, etc. may pose a challenge to installation. Your building site must be able to accommodate heavy equipment and an adequately-sized foundation must be in place prior to installation.

Custom hand-crafted frame starts at $35/square foot. Optional installation starts at $30/square foot.

Lead time: Typical lead time from contract and deposit is 10-16 weeks.
